Patient beim Arzt:

Arzt: "Ihr hoher Bludruck kommt von Ihrem Übergewicht - Sie sind fettleibig"
Patient: "Oh - Da will ich aber eine zweite Meinung hören"
Arzt: "Gerne - Sie sehen auch Sch*** aus".
